What to write about
- Something looks wrong — a price, a statistic, a chart or a piece of written analysis. Include the page address and what you expected; data corrections are our highest priority.
- Account and sign-in — trouble signing in with Google or Apple, a locked account, or a request to delete your account and data.
- Subscriptions and credits — billing questions, restoring a purchase, or credits that have not appeared.
- Privacy requests — access, correction or deletion of your personal data, as described in our privacy policy.
- Press, partnerships and advertising — mark the subject line accordingly.

Before you write about a price
Prices on this site come from third-party market-data providers and can lag the exchange, especially outside regular trading hours. If a quote looks stale, reload the page first: we show the last known value with a timestamp rather than a zero. If it is still wrong, tell us the asset and the time and we will check the feed.
What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you what to buy or sell, cannot manage money, cannot place orders, and cannot comment on whether a particular asset suits your situation. Those are questions for a licensed financial professional in your jurisdiction.
