About AlgoInsight
AlgoInsight is an independent market-research and paper-trading product covering Indian (NSE) equities, US equities, ETFs, major indices and more than a hundred cryptocurrency pairs. It exists for one narrow purpose: to let people study markets and practise trading decisions without putting real money at risk.
What AlgoInsight does
- Research pages — a page per asset with live pricing, statistics, trading mechanics, sector context and an observational AI Insight.
- Charts — candlestick, line, area and Heikin-Ashi charts from 1-minute to monthly, 60+ drawing tools, indicator overlays on separate scales.
- Paper trading — a simulator funded with virtual capital, tracking profit and loss against live market prices. No brokerage account, no real orders.
- Backtesting — replay of rule-based setups over historical data, so an idea can be examined instead of assumed.
- Learning material — plain-language explanations of indicators and strategies, written for people who have never read a chart before.
What AlgoInsight is not
AlgoInsight is not a broker, not an exchange, and not an investment adviser. It is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or research analyst, and not registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as a broker-dealer. It never executes real trades, never holds client funds, and never asks for brokerage credentials. Nothing published on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Where the data comes from
- Equity, ETF and index prices and fundamentals: public market-data feeds, primarily Yahoo Finance.
- Cryptocurrency prices and order-book depth: Binance public market data.
- Currency conversion: live mid-market exchange rates, refreshed continuously, so foreign assets can be displayed in Indian rupees.
- AI Insights: large language models applied to the market data above, constrained to observational language only.
Market data can be delayed or incomplete, and vendors occasionally publish bad values. We show a dash rather than a fabricated number when a value is missing. Always confirm a price with your own broker before acting on it.
Who builds it
AlgoInsight is built and operated by a small independent team based in India. The product is available as a website and as a native Android and iOS application. Editorial and product questions, corrections and press enquiries all go to hello@algoinsight.in, and we reply within one to two business days.
How the research pages are written
Our per-asset pages combine live market data with written analysis assembled by our own system, then reviewed against a fixed compliance rulebook. We describe how this works openly on the editorial and AI content policy page, including what is machine-assembled, what humans review, and how to report an error.
